Since 2007, Brilliant have been responsible for the graphic user interface design, code development and integration of the SPRK Content Management System, for a range of online applications and facilities for Pitney Bowes.

Such projects include the Envelope Messaging design system. This B2B application provides all postage meter customers a means of creating a bespoke graphic and/or message which is printed along-side their envelope postage mark. The system has since been rolled out to 11 European countries, US and Canada. Key to the systems success is the Envelope Messaging Designer tool component -- a carefully crafted application that allows Pitney Bowes customers to easily create their design.

The SPRK CMS Platform, enables country specific configuration in accordance with postal rules and regulations, with the ability to easily localise the language content.

Brilliant are a 'trusted partner' service provider and have been an integral member of the Pitney Bowes Web Operations team, bringing outside vendor influence and expertise to the company. Additionally, Brilliant provide both technical support and consultancy support.
Brilliant assure Pitney Bowes of a quality website user experience for their customers, together with quality Graphic User Interface Design and code development.
