After meeting with several Agencies we decided to go with Brilliant to design, build and manage our website due to their innovative and creative portfolio of past projects. Our requirements were very specific and Brilliant helped us every step of the way to visualise and manage expectations. The team were patient and quick to respond which was important to us and have created a stunning finished piece which we have already received great feedback from.

Improving Performance

Brilliant were asked to visit MCP's core website and report on the success of their online presence, in doing so we were awarded the job of designing the entire interface to generate more enquiries and increase sales.

Brilliant wrote an in-depth specification for the website proposal to be built on the increasingly popular WordPress CMS, this included a breakdown of approved plugins, which we fully tested beforehand that would feature on the website. User journeys were planned out and submitted in writing for approval.

Following on from the specification, we set to work creating user interface designs that reflected and complimented the established brand identity of MCP whilst introducing high quality photography to really show off the product details. The website artwork was created for the increasing number of retina displays, both desktop and mobile. The interface visuals were presented online, allowing MCP to create notes and provide feedback over the design.

The website, built on the WordPress CMS, uses a catalogue style plugin to arrange and configure all of MCP's products, materials and services, as well as the individual industry sectors they supply to. We also introduced a membership section to the website which requires an account to access certain content.

The new website is completely responsive to work across all mobiles, tablets and desktops for optimum viewing on any device. Full testing was carried out before handing the website over to ensure the website displayed across all popular website browsers.

We also setup a bespoke website for sister company Thermal Breaks, using iconography, detailed illustration and animation to promote the product.
